Multitude IT Labs is born!
As of last week, Global IT Services, Multitude’s IT hub was renamed to Multitude IT Labs. Multitude’s Group ambition is to become the most valued financial ecosystem. The leading feature of this ecosystem is the growth platform, enabling businesses to grow and scale faster. Multitude IT Labs is a key element in the growth platform and the rename is significant as we start to extend it to external customers and allows for easier association!

Welcome to Multitude IT Labs, the technology hub of our company and home to over 200 mobile banking software specialists. This expert team consists of developers, testers, software engineers, and IT support specialists, supporting offices in more than 15 countries. The organisation structure is divided into six chapters (teams) that cooperate and work on various projects.
Here are some interesting facts about the Slovakian IT team!
- (Hypertext processor) PHP department is one of the largest in Slovakia.
- Test Engineering chapter is a leader in the domain of non-functional test automation, including performance tests and chaos engineering.

Regular indoor and outdoor events are key in keeping the team spirit and motivation of employees high. Unforgettable memories are made and strong relationships are forged, in particular, during the offices’s most popular gatherings such as the Summer BBQ, Christmas party and monthly Meet&Greet breakfast. Other fun treats include ice-cream for staff every Friday during the summer and healthy snacks during winter months. It is our annual benefit for internal employees that provides them opportunity to have appointment with different specialist doctors and participate on health themed workshops and lectures such as zero waste, ergonomic seating, importance of sleep, live cooking workshop and mental resilience and mindset.
New and hybrid work friendly office
Multitude IT Labs moved into new offices February earlier this year. The new agile office found its home in a national cultural monument, the historical building of the former Spinning Mill factory, Pradiaren1900. In the 20th century, the building was a symbol of contemporary industrial architecture and it is today one of the most famous business center‘s where the biggest international IT companies hold their business.
The new premises has a few specific hybrid work friendly features, including the highest standard in ergonomic seating, greenery for a balanced work environment and themed collaboration rooms with modular furniture. One of the highlight feature is the activity zone, this includes fun and fitness equipments fo all staff to enjoy. We are proud to occupy an office space that holds sustainable environment BREEAM certification with an excellent rating and is an eco-friendly green office.
